Publisher support routing#
The publisher of your region handles accounts, payments, servers, and in-game data.

For an unexpected charge, first contact the payment provider on the transaction.
Report a problem#
Choose Report Problem next to the error, or Settings → About → Report…. The launcher opens a GitHub issue with the error code, region, launcher version, macOS version, chip, and memory size. Add what you did and what happened.
You do not need logs at first. If a maintainer asks, open Settings → Storage → Show Logs and attach only that file.
